Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee site works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with authority approvals.
  • Manage procurement, variations, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct progress meetings and ensure smooth handovers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master's in Civil/Architecture (PMP preferred).
  • 3-10 years interior fit-out experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, finishes, and authority regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE drivers license
