Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (Wet Utilities) to join the Dubai team. You’ll lead project management across all stages — from planning and design through to tendering, construction, and client delivery.

 


Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with client expectations.

    • Manage budgets, cost estimates, timelines, and financials.

    • Oversee tendering, contract administration, and sub-consultant coordination.

    • Ensure design excellence across concept, detailed design, and tender phases.

    • Provide leadership to engineering teams, ensuring safe and innovative solutions.

    • Act as the key client contact, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

    • Drive quality, reporting, and HSE assurance throughout delivery.


 


What You Bring

    • 10–15 years’ experience, including at least 5 years with top international consultancies 

    • Proven track record managing Dubai Municipality wet utilities projects (sewerage and recycled water).

    • Degree in Civil Engineering (Project Management certification preferred).

    • Must be an Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

    • Leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex infrastructure projects.

    • Hands-on experience in tendering, design management, and construction oversight.
