Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety and regulatory compliance Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure, building, or fit-out projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Excellent budgeting, cost-control, and financial management skills Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license PMP Certification Experience in government, infrastructure, or high-value commercial projects Strong background in contract administration Skills & Competencies Strategic planning and decision-making Risk management and problem-solving Financial management and cost optimization Conflict resolution and team coordination Time management and multitasking
