Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise all project activities from mobilization to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor the project schedule, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Control project costs, verify subcontractor bills, and manage project budgets.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards on site.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in contracting companies, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and multi-disciplinary subcontractors.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience advantageous.
