• Review and approve construction methodologies, material submissions, and work programs.

Resource & Team Management

• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on-site in a timely manner.

Cost & Contract Management

• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and procurement schedules.
• Manage contracts, tender evaluations, and vendor negotiations.
• Approve work measurements and contractor bills as per agreed terms.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and promote a safe work culture.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and statutory regulations.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures at every stage of the project.

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare regular project reports for management and clients.
• Manage changes in project scope and ensure all variations are documented and approved
