Department: Contracting Projects Key Responsibilities: * Manage aluminium cladding projects from start to completion. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients. * Select, supervise, and monitor subcontractors. * Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules. * Track daily progress and provide regular reports. * Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and building codes. * Resolve delays, technical issues, and site problems. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts. * Communicate with authorities, inspectors, and stakeholders. * Lead and delegate tasks to site teams and workers. * Ensure quality control of all cladding works. * Handle project documentation, proposals, and approvals. *Experience Required: * Minimum 5–10 years experience in aluminium cladding works within construction. * Proven experience managing façade/cladding projects in the UAE. * Strong background in site coordination, subcontractor management, and project planning. * Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and authorities. * Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, quality standards, and construction procedures.
