Project Manager

Oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from planning to commissioning.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.

Ensure compliance with Uptime design requirements, Leed and author relevant authorities.

Manage risks, resolve project issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor progress, report updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely decision-making.

Monitor and trach health and safety requirements and keep in close and proper coordination with HSE Manager.

Monitor the cost for the execution scope and avoid overrunning the budget, while maintaining the delivery schedule timelines.

Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to operations teams.

Provide regular updates to the Projects Director, and raise any concern or risk identified for the project.

Coordinate with Procurement and planning team, keeping full visibility and coordination with all stakeholders.

Talent Development

• Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
• Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements

• Experience in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and critical facility systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or BIM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Engineer or any other related field;
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Uptime ATD are preferred.

Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience
