Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, team coordination, and client handling, especially in events, exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client and business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead team meetings, track action items, and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize resource allocation and support continuous process improvement.
- Conduct post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and improve future project efficiency.
- Due to project requirements, Project Managers will be required to work extra hours on site.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in events, exhibitions or MICE industry.
- Proven track record managing projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
- Strong understanding of UAE market is preferred, but not mandatory
- Energetic, adaptable, and proactive minds
