Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle the project correspondence to the client / Consultant / Main contractor.
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
Monitor and manage project progress and timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stake holders
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards
Confirm project quality and accuracy by conducting inspections and reviews
Manage project changes and ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner
Prepare and present project status reports to management
Track and report project costs and financial performance
Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 10+ years of experience in construction project management
Proven track record of successful project completion
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in project management software
