Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Are you an expert in managing large-scale vertical construction projects? We are looking for a Project Manager (Civil) with hands-on experience in mid-rise building construction to lead and deliver complex structural projects with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mid-rise building projects from concept to completion. • Manage on-site operations including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor supervision. • Ensure structural quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. • Liaise with UAE authorities, consultants, architects, suppliers and regulatory agencies for approvals, permits, and inspections. • Monitor daily progress and provide regular project reports to senior management. • Resolve technical and managerial challenges to maintain steady project momentum.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP Certification is a plus). • Minimum 5 years of civil project experience with mid-rise building construction. • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors. • Excellent command of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). • In-depth knowledge of mid-rise construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
