This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager with theming engineering expertise to oversee the delivery of creative and technical projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The position involves managing all aspects of technical submissions, drawings, and on-site fitout for theming projects, including art sculptures and immersive environments. The successful candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. On-site presence throughout each project is essential, as is the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and contractors to drive project success.Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of theming and fitout projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Review, coordinate, and approve technical submissions and drawings for theming elements and art installations Manage on-site activities, including installation, quality control, and compliance with project specifications Collaborate with artists, engineers, contractors, and clients to align creative vision with technical feasibility Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively addressing any issues or delays Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements on-site Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and project leadershipSkills And Requirements Proven experience managing theming, fitout, or art installation projects, preferably in the UAE or similar markets Strong technical background in engineering, architecture, or related field Proficiency in reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and submissions Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Willingness and ability to be present on-site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the full duration of each project Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and construction practices Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
