Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and manage PEB and structural steel projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Supervise site activities including steel erection, civil foundations, cladding, finishing, and related works. Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and safety compliance. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and GCC regulations. Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project goals. --- Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10 years GCC experience in PEB construction, steel structures, and associated civil works. Strong technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, civil foundations, and finishing works. Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC. Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project), and budgeting. Familiarity with international codes and GCC building standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
