Manage and lead the given project from initiation to closing of the project by working closely with internal and external upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, presentation skills, communication skills, budgeting skills and be thorough with a keen attention to detail.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Devise and lead the implementation of Operations Department action plans, and annual company objectives in accordance with the company overall strategy and vision.
Agree on project objectives.
Ensure all project requirements are met.
Comply and Ensure subordinates compliance to operational flow of main processes and sub processes that are responsible to deliver the main targets of the Project Management function efficiently and effectively, and recommend updates and improvements.
Assist the Operations Director in developing the budget of the Operations Department, through providing function s budget, and perform accordingly.
Manage the Project Management function to deliver according to projects schedule, budget, and in accordance to the clients requirements.
Plan, execute, and monitor project plans and ensure the delivery of project scope in timely manners, while maintaining Operations Director updated on progress and expenses.
Develop WBS, project milestones and implementation plans for different projects and allocate resources in timely and cost-effective manners
Maintain open communication channels with projects sponsors and present innovations, issues and risks when required.
Recommend outsourced vendors, monitor their adherence to delivery standards while implementing required operational services, and finally evaluate their performance.
Manage the process of the project s main activities; filtration, screening, nomination and judging through positive collaboration with involved stakeholders; (Clients, Part timers, judging committees, etc.).
Collaborate with event management service providers, and ensure timely executions of planned activities in professional manner.
Review of the project team s output, measure quality and identifying solutions to process deficiencies in coordination with Operations Director.
Maintain open and progressive communications hubs with related internal parties, through project implementation stages, to ensure fully integrated solutions and services and remove bottle necks.
Meet regularly with internal departments (Business Development, Creative, Technology and Digital Marketing) to ensure alignment, identify future improvements and report any feedback from stakeholders.
Maintain appropriate filing and documentation for all project information to ease the accessibility in future.
Ensure the balanced achievement of department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report accordingly.
Progressively interact, and occasionally report the performance of subordinates and ensure their full adherence to TAM policies and procedures.
Manage subordinates; delegate, empower, identify strength and weakness through proper coaching and mentoring.
Manage the various external professional entities working on the project.
Carry out project risk assessment.
Recruit specialists and sub-contractors for the project.
Overseeing accounting, costing and billing and project closure
5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or any related field
