Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Engage and manage stakeholders, including enterprise and government entities within KSA.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure project delivery within the approved budget.
- Prepare executive reports and provide updates to steering committees and senior management.
- Manage change requests, including impact analysis on scope, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and smooth project closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within the KSA market.
- Valid PMP certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of project governance, contract management, and compliance standards in KSA.
- Experience working with enterprise and/or government entities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
