Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

▸ Lead the full project life cycle — from scoping and planning through execution, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation review. ▸ Manage cross-functional teams of 20+ members, coordinating consultants, developers, and client stakeholders across multiple workstreams. ▸ Own project plans, risk registers, budgets, and escalation paths with rigour and transparency. ▸ Navigate ambiguity confidently — adapting plans when scope shifts, technology evolves, or stakeholder priorities change. ▸ Drive change management and adoption activities alongside technical delivery. ▸ Communicate clearly with C-suite sponsors, operational teams, and technical staff — tailoring your message to the audience. ▸ Champion continuous improvement of delivery standards and implementation methodology within the practice.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience ▸ 10+ full life-cycle ERP, HRMS, or CRM implementations delivered successfully — you must be able to walk through specific challenges, decisions, and outcomes from each. ▸ At least 3 projects managed with teams of 20+ members and timelines exceeding 12 months. ▸ Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and structured delivery frameworks. ▸ Familiarity with evolving technologies — AI, data analytics, cloud deployments — and how they influence implementation complexity.

Qualifications ▸ Formal project management certification — PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent from a recognised institution. ▸ Master's degree in management, business, or a related discipline from a reputable university (preferred).
