Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of ICT and data center projects from initiation to closure under PMO governance.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Monitor project scope, cost, quality, and timelines, escalating risks and issues to the PMO Team Leader.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, quality procedures, and HSE requirements.
  • Manage client communication, progress updates, and expectation management.
  • Support contract administration, variation management, and documentation control.
  • Ensure structured project handover to operations or service teams upon completion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working within a PMO structure.
