Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete EPC project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
Oversee refinery-related project execution and site coordination
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics
Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly competent and results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in refinery projects.
Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects
Strong background in Oil & Gas industry, with mandatory hands-on experience in oil refinery projects
Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle from engineering to commissioning
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related discipline)
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Strong understanding of HSE standards, quality control, and compliance requirements in Oil & Gas projects
Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
UAE / Middle East project experience will be an added advantage
