Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the project team towards successful delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
  • Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize resource utilization.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, changes, and risks, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions and ensure continuity.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and document project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Project Management experience in big Oil & Gas company with hand on experence on Modular Building manufacturing projects
  • 15+ years of relevant project management experience in a Oil & Gas industry, demonstrating a proven track record of handling big EPC projects and successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complexities and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative culture.
