Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities related to the establishment and operational readiness of the UAQ Campus.
- Act as the primary liaison with the University of Greenwich (UK campus) on academic, administrative, and operational matters.
- Coordinate effectively with internal Westford departments including Academic Affairs, Operations, HR, and Marketing.
- Support and execute marketing, branding, and student recruitment initiatives in alignment with institutional objectives.
- Assist Management in planning, implementation, and monitoring of campus-related projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Prepare and present structured reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the institution at recruitment drives, promotional events, and official meetings as required.
- Undertake domestic and international travel (UAQ, UK, or other countries) based on institutional requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Strong academic foundation with the ability to engage professionally with university-level stakeholders.
- Prior experience in higher education institutions, universities, business development, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and contribute to marketing, branding, and sales strategies within the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
- Willingnes to travel internationally as required.
