Project Manager - Joinery & Fit out

Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of Joinery & fit‑out projects from initiation to handover. Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and site execution teams to maintain seamless project workflows. Track project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Review technical drawings, material submittals, and subcontractor deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Identify potential project risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead regular site meetings, resolve on‑site issues, and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
