Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate joinery project lifecycles, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Lead and mentor joinery teams, fostering a collaborative environment while providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct thorough shop drawing reviews, ensuring accuracy and adherence to architectural specifications and design intent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of experience in joinery project management, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and construction processes.
