Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. (Tower, high-rise & group of villas)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction within the UAE or any GCC
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Civil Engineering preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to join within 15-30 days.
