Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Manager Modular Buildings & E-Housesbr>Location: Ras Al Khaimah

About the Role: br>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects within the Modular Buildings and E-Houses division. The role involves managing the design, fabrication, assembly, and delivery of modular structures and electrical houses, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of modular building and E-House projects from planning to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure cost control and timely execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site installation, and commissioning of E-Houses.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
  • Monitor industry practices and integrate best practices into project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 8 12 years of experience in modular buildings, prefabricated structures, or E-House projects.

Proven track record managing projects from engineering design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

Strong knowledge of modular construction techniques, E-House integration, and project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with international standards and practices in modular and E-House construction.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong project planning and execution skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Technical knowledge of E-House systems (electrical equipment integration, HVAC, fire & safety systems, etc.).
