Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to supervise modular and Light Gauge Steel projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across planning, coordination, procurement, installation, and handover stages. What You’ll Do • Project Leadership • Oversee day-to-day operations of modular and LGS projects. • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination. • Align factory production with site installation requirements. • Manage subcontractors, logistics, and site teams. • Secure and maintain approvals (ADM, DMT, Civil Defense). • Quality & Compliance • Monitor KPIs, quality standards, and safety compliance. • Identify and mitigate project risks at all stages. • Client & Reporting • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders. • Provide regular progress updates and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3+ years’ experience in UAE construction (modular/LGS preferred). • Strong technical background with site management expertise. • Experience handling approvals and regulatory bodies. • Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
