Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the complete lifecycle of new restaurant outlet openings - Execution and handover. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end project management of new outlet launches.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
- Oversee fit-out works including civil, MEP, interiors, and kitchen equipment installation.
- Manage approvals, documentation, compliance, and handover processes.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and risk management.
- Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are controlled.
- Liaise with operations and HR teams for smooth outlet launch readiness.
- Conduct site visits and provide regular progress reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant / retail / hospitality project management.
- Strong knowledge of fit-outs, project budgeting & vendor management.
- Sound understanding of UAE authority approvals & regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / reporting tools.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
