Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Key Objectives For This Role Are
- Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Defining project objectives, creating detailed roadmaps, and establishing timelines
- Assembling and leading project teams, streamlining communication, and resolving conflicts
- Identifying potential risks, devising mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control to meet client expectations.
- Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and technical specifications & End User Standards
- Cost Control, Contract Management and risk mitigation during execution
- Coordinate with engineering teams, procurement, QAQC, Vendors, Fabrication Shop, for seamless execution.
- Assist Proposal Team in Bidding Activities and Securing the Contracts for Oil & Gas Process Modules
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oil & Gas Process Skid Modules from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards and alignment with project goals and objectives.
- HSE: Ensure compliance with health, safety, Environment
- Resource Management: Recruit, train, and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Manage project resources, including equipment, and materials, to optimize project delivery
- Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of all activities and adherence to cost control measures through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. and progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project cost and schedule.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and effectiveness, providing regular reports to senior management
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team professional, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the project duration
- Travel:Travel to vendor works and spend time at vendor locations. During execution be on Workshop or site to ensure that the packages are managed effectively
- Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
- Co-ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
- Oversee/Conduct supplier audits, cost analysis, and quality assessments.
- Identify and qualify suppliers across the Middle East for engineering services, electrical, instrumentation work,
- Develop strong vendor relationships to optimize procurement efficiency and project execution.
Skills And Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer with approximately 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry conversant with projects and execution.
- Have a bachelor s degree in Mechanical engineering or Equivalent
- Project management Experience within industrial equipment and engineering sectors working with OEM Process Skid Packages or EPC contractors
- Experience managing Clients and Projects within the Middle East & Africa
- Experience managing supplier qualification and procurement within the Middle East & Africa Expertise for Gas Processing Modules
- Experience in Contract Management and T&Cs analysis

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process skid module execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget./p>
