Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution by developing detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning their efforts with project goals to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor project performance metrics using data analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets by forecasting costs and tracking expenses to maintain financial control and deliver projects within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within operational environments, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable, showcasing commitment to industry standards and best practices.
