Project Manager – Operations & Maintenance Alaberah

Develop and manage the Project Management Plan, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communication plans.

Ensure all project activities are executed in line with approved methodologies and contractual obligations standards.

Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure continuous service availability and performance.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved schedules and SLAs.

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and technical records.

Lead and manage technical teams, including network engineers, technicians, and site field staff.

Ensure adequate manpower planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

Provide guidance, technical direction, and motivation to project staff to meet project goals.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.

Ensure clear communication between engineering, site teams, subcontractors, and support departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and safety regulations.

Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular audits and inspections.

Ensure all activities comply with applicable local authority regulations and standards.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Proactively manage issues, escalations, and corrective actions to avoid service disruptions or delays.

Maintain a risk register and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Monitor project costs and control expenditure within the approved budget.

Review variations, claims, and change requests in coordination with management.

Ensure accurate invoicing support through proper documentation and reporting.
