Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Muscat, Oman (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Joining Time: 15–30 days
Benefits : Visa, Medical Insurance, Air Tickets
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of Oracle HCM / Procurement projects
Lead and manage onsite and offshore project teams
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and issues
Escalate delays, risks, or deviations in timelines to stakeholders in a timely manner
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare project status reports and conduct regular review meetings
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Requirements :
Total Experience: 12+ years
Project Management Experience: Minimum 7+ years
Functional Expertise:
Strong functional background in Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Procurement
Experience managing Oracle implementation, upgrade, or support projects
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven experience in handling multiple workstreams
Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
