Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for commercial kitchen installations or renovations.

• Coordinate all phases of the project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize kitchen designs and layout.

• Reviewing kitchen layouts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), ventilation systems, and custom fabrication drawings.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.

• Address client concerns or modifications in project scope, adjusting plans and timelines accordingly.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders involved in the project.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project remains within the allocated financial limits.

• Identify potential risks, such as delays, cost overruns, or safety hazards, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including meeting minutes, change orders, and scope modifications.

• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management or clients, detailing progress, costs, and any adjustments.

Ensure the client is satisfied with the completed project, addressing any final concerns or modifications as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong project management skills with experience in commercial kitchen & MEP design and installation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams.

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, appliances, and systems used in the commercial kitchen industry.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex tasks with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Knowledge of food service authority rules and regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• SS (Stainless Steel) custom fabrication proven experience.

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Certification in project management is a plus.

• Bachelor’s in engineering and 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role for kitchen contracting companies.
