Project Manager / Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Review IFC drawings, technical documents, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with planning and procurement teams for resource availability.
• Monitor manpower productivity and material utilization.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical updates to management.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Support handover and project close-out activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 512 years of construction/project execution experience.
• UAE/GCC high-rise building experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
• Familiarity with Dubai construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• MS Project / Primavera
• MS Office
• HVAC
• BIM
• REVIT
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
