Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of residential projects from design to handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
- Resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts proactively.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
6–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in residential / villa / interior / fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and interior finishing.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera / similar).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
UAE Driving License
With experience in Project Management software's
