Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Safety Managers for multiple construction projects across the UAE. Candidates must have strong leadership, execution skills, and knowledge of UAE construction regulations.


Key Responsibilities (Role-wise)

1. Project Manager

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover
  • Track project progress, costs, schedules & subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Prepare progress reports, manage risks & ensure timely delivery

2. Safety Manager / Safety Supervisor

  • Implement HSE standards and oversee site safety compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks
  • Ensure PPE compliance & maintain incident/inspection reports
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel

General Requirements (Applicable for Both Roles)

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / HSE or relevant discipline
  • 3- 8 years experience in construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site operations
  • Good communication, leadership & reporting capability
  • NEBOSH/OSHA certifications preferred for Safety roles

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: UAE Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi

Experience: 3-8 years

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Contracting

Interview Mode: Mandatory face-to-face interviews in Dubai (travel expenses covered by employer).

Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to UAE.

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred.
