Manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction while minimizing project risk.
Create weekly status reports identifying consolidated software issues, risks and status.
Thoroughly understand delivery contracts and provide representation internally and to the customer.
Coordinate communication between customer and internal resources to facilitate shared expectations.
Work closely with customers and the implementation teams to deliver successful on-time implementations.
Provide a consolidated software delivery among multiple software groups by ensuring consistency among deliverables, communication and approach.
Bachelor,s Degree holder need to apply.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum 17 years experience in the field.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
