Roles & Responsibilities


Candidates Having FITOUT Experience only need to apply.


Experience – 5 to 10 years in FITOUT industry


  • Oversee the entire fit-out process from design to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, proactively managing resources to prevent overruns and delays.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of fit-out plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.


Age – 30 to 45 years.


Driving license is added advantage.


Candidates should be locally available.
