Our eGroup Division has put in place a multi-year business and IT transformation framework and is looking for IT Project Managers to report in to the Head of Programme Management and play an integral role in delivering change.
We are looking for candidates with significant experience in successfully leading multidisciplinary teams (30+ headcount) to deliver transformation projects. Using your knowledge of application technologies such as ERP, advanced planning, EPOS, analytics, digital/ECOMM, CRM, cloud, mobile, networking, SaaS, PaaS you will manage IT projects covering areas such as POS, mobile, CRM, ecommerce, warehousing and merchandising. Through your successful management of third party resources you will not only deliver projects on time but will be focused on value for money as well as quality of service.
Change management, Agile and Prince 2 experience is critical and an ITIL certification is an advantage and whilst experience in the retail industry is not mandatory it would be preferred, as would experience in working with distributed and offshore IT organisations. To work across our complex business we require candidates who are used to working within matrix structures in international organisations.
