Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Regularly produce high-quality analysis reports and effectively implement valuable recommendations to boost performance.

2. Based on data analysis and research, understand the needs of different customers and continuously optimize customer solutions. Develop operational strategies in phases, covering product lists, marketing plans, and sales tools, to increase market share and gross profit margins for specific customers.

3. Responsible for the entire client operation process, including market development, client relationship maintenance, and client value-added services. This specifically involves pricing, increasing average order value, optimizing fulfillment plans, etc., to ensure project performance targets are achieved.

4. Maintain product information and pricing to ensure data accuracy. Analyze key performance data such as GMV, gross profit, product penetration rate, and retention rate, and regularly prepare cost reports to provide data support for business decisions.

5. Establish and improve customer management rules and processes, conduct refined management of customer information, and ensure that customer data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.

6. Collaborate with sales, back-end, and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer service process from order placement to after-sales support, thereby enhancing customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the fresh food industry market or product operation, and proficient in research and report preparation.

2. High data sensitivity, strong logic and data analysis skills.

3. Excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills, adept at resource integration.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and strong ability to work under pressure.

5. Possesses the ability to solve complex problems.

6. Possess English communication skills.
