The Role
Savills is a leading global real estate services provider with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional results. As we continue to expand our footprint across the UAE, we are proud to act as master agency on a large portfolio of prestigious projects, including DIFC Heights Tower and Sunshine Bay in Ras Al Khaimah.
We are seeking experienced Project Sales Advisors to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on exclusive mandates. Candidates must have proven developer sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across exclusive projects where Savills acts as the master agency. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of each assigned project to effectively position and present to prospective buyers.
- Delivering professional sales presentations and securing transactions with end-users and investors.
- Leveraging an established network of brokers across the UAE to generate sales opportunities.
- Representing Savills in broker presentations to communicate project features and value propositions.
- Consistently achieving individual monthly sales targets set by management.
- Managing and qualifying leads through the company s CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Proactively networking and identifying new business opportunities, including participation in real estate exhibitions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the UAE property market and regulatory environment.
- Upholding the highest professional standards, including maintaining a polished appearance in line with Savills business dress code.
- Minimum 2 years of developer sales experience within the UAE.
- Must hold a UAE driver s license with own car
- Broker card holder (RERA) is preferable
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Confident in the delivery of presentations
- Native English speaker or high command of the English language
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Good organisational skills
- Willing to work on weekends and evenings to provide best service to clients
