Looking for a professional and experienced person from Lighting Industry who can direct and oversee an organization's project sales objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies for KSA as well as explore potential new markets. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential drive for extensive and sustainable growth.
The person should be Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to top management. The successful candidate will understand technical details of the product and should be able to respond to RFQ.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

• Maintain data related to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.

• Continuously Explore and research the coming up projects in KSA for identifying potential customer.

• End to end closure of project sales cycle.

• Implement project management principles in all key accounts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Preferably Engineering from a reputed college

• MBA in Sales and Marketing from reputed institute.

• Any other certification / qualification related to Sales & Marketing.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience into project sales.
• Well verse with lighting industry.
• Know technical submittal
• Responding to RFQ and handling technical queries.
• Meeting Sales Goals & Sales Planning
• Negotiation & Relationship Building
• Team player, Motivational Skills and Staffing
• Manage Processes & Market Knowledge
• Good knowledge of Project Management.
