Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Project Specialist with Scrum Master expertise to contribute to the successful execution of key business projects reporting to the Business Operations Manager. This multifaceted role combines both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability to ensure seamless alignment across teams in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor projects in line with the management’s direction and framework
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives for Agile projects
  • Oversee and coordinate projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and promptly address any roadblocks
  • Keep project meeting scheduling, documentation, meeting notes, and action items up to date
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication and collaboration to ensure efficient information flow
  • Provide regular status reports, updates on progress, risks, and challenges
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira to track tasks, milestones, and project progress

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or delivery, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Projects.
  • UAE automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
