Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards, making critical decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to proactively address potential challenges.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular status reports for stakeholders, communicating effectively to all involved.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring projects remain financially viable and delivering value.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success in the face of adversity.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments, to facilitate clear communication and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle, protecting the team and the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring that all work meets the required standards and that any deficiencies are promptly addressed.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for project improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for technical understanding.

  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision within the construction or related industry, showcasing practical application of skills.

  • Must have experience in Interior fit out project supervision, coordination. UAE Driving license, ITI Diploma
