About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the execution and delivery of high-end luxury villa developments across the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for luxury residential villa projects

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, timelines, and budgets

• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular status reports

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations

• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

• Review and validate contractor work, progress claims, and deliverables

• Ensure adherence to project schedules and escalate delays where necessary

• Maintain high standards of workmanship consistent with luxury villa developments

• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
