Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all fire fighting system projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline project execution and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project success and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the fire protection industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of fire fighting system design, installation, and commissioning.
