Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ICT/ELV projects from initiation to handover
Oversee systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, PA, Intercom, IP Telephony,, and related ICT systems
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and vendors
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, authority approvals, and QA/QC standards
Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet milestones and deadlines
Manage submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and commissioning
Handle risk, variation orders, and project reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
10+ years’ experience in ICT / ELV project management
Strong background in large commercial, residential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of UAE authorities and project processes
PMP certification is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
