Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring for the position of Property Consultant for a real estate company in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a basic pocket money allowance plus commission. We are looking for someone who can join immediately. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage the end-to-end sales or leasing process from lead generation to deal closure Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and site visits Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal processing
