Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the property sector, enabling clients to make informed investment decisions.
  • Provide tailored property recommendations based on clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Facilitate property viewings and open houses, skillfully highlighting key features and benefits to engage potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients, aiming for optimal terms and conditions while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for navigating the property market.

  • A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in real estate sales or property management, Banking sales showcasing proven success in the field.
