Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing activities
Prepare and manage property listings on approved portals and CRM systems
Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and owners to close successful deals
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management
Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Proven experience in UAE real estate min 1 year in sales/leasing (preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Ability to work in a competitive, commission-based environment
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market preferred
Looking for People with Own Visa(Mandatory)
