Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the property sector, enabling clients to make informed investment decisions.
- Provide tailored property recommendations based on clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Facilitate property viewings and open houses, skillfully highlighting key features and benefits to engage potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients, aiming for optimal terms and conditions while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for navigating the property market.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Abu dhabi real estate sales or property management, showcasing proven success in the field.
Real Estate License or certification, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and enhancing credibility with clients.
Experience working with diverse clientele, highlighting cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
