• Ensure all property details (photos, descriptions, pricing, amenities) are accurate, updated, and aligned with company branding.
• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to gather property information and update availability status.
• Monitor listing performance and optimize content for maximum visibility and lead generation.
• Handle inquiries related to property listings and redirect them to the appropriate sales/leasing consultants.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging property advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with legal and company requirements for property advertisements.
• Prepare regular reports on listing activity, inquiries, and conversion rates.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DLD).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market regulations is an advantage.
