Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Meet and identify prospective tenants and assist in finalizing the deal while conducting property visits to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and identify improvement opportunities
•Provide potential tenants with a tour of the property and highlight the valuable features of the building and influence leasing.
•Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and validating all lease documents.
•Organize meetings during which leasing operations are discussed to identify solutions necessary for achieving occupancy and revenue targets
•Conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent. Collect market data (Shop the competition, rated comparisons, etc.) and regularly keep management up-to-date on market conditions, trend, and competitors’ situations.
•Ensure proper documentations are in hand before proceeding for signing the HOT and lease documents. Screening new clients and conducting background checks to finalize or cancel the lease
•Work with the Agencies and projects team to devise and implement new leasing strategies.
•Candidate should be confident and have the ability to communicate properly and have proven negotiation skills, he/she should recognize the significance of a polished and professional image in the Commercial Real estate industry,
•Should oversee the completion of the tenancy contract with all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
•Addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and conducting inspections of vacated units. Proficiently navigating the Ejari portal for creating, registering, renewing, and termination of leasing contracts.
•Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, overseeing contractor activities as needed.
•Maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions, internal and external leases, complaints, maintenance activities, etc.
•Managing rent collection, vendor sales reports, address late payments with the tenants and vendors, and overseeing operations.
•Ensure accuracy of maintenance of property documents, such as title deeds and valuation records.
•Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
•8 to 10 years experience in Leasing / Tenant Relations role
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
•Proficient with MS Office
•Quick and rational decision-making skills under pressure
